Your Partner in Success,
As we go through life, many experiences shape who we are today. A few years ago, I heard about a concept referred to as the Triangle of Success, and I found it to be quite informative. The say that in life "timing is everything," and it is so true.
Watch the video below and leave a comment. What was your MAIN take-away from the video?
If you are lucky, you will get 4,000 - 5,000 weeks here on Earth. Are you using the scarce time to build a powerful life, or do you need to re-prioritize some things? Have you ever heard of a "Dream Inventory?" Watch the video below and you will hear more about how to get even more clear about what you truly want in this life...
Below, please find a copy of the "Dream Inventory" document that you can print off and start to use. If you've never done an exercise like this before you are going to love it.
If you got value out of this video and/or the "Dream Inventory" document, leave a comment below and share this information with someone that you think would enjoy the message.
Thanks for spending a few minutes with me today.
Your Partner in Success,
By: Rudyard Kipling
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools;
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with Kings—nor lose the common touch;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And—which is more—you'll be a Man my son!
Tomorrow, me and a group of 35 friends will be headed to Nicaragua for the fifth stop in our "7 Continents in 7 Years" journey. The project destination, Portrero Platanal, is a rural village outside Boaco where 100 percent of the people live without power.
In collaboration with GRID Alternatives, we will work to change this by installing clean, reliable solar power for 40 families in the community. The people of Portrero Platanal have been eagerly awaiting our arrival with solar power. Each family has been saving money from their modest earnings to contribute to the purchase of panels. It’s going to be a life-changing experience and spending time with friends, doing good work in the world is powerful!
This is our fifth trip in our ambitious "7 Continents in 7 Years" journey will be the most rigorous one we've undertaken so far but perhaps because of that I have a feeling it will be our most rewarding one, too. The solar systems we will be installing include power outlets inside, which will not just give them light but will allow them to charge cell phones and have a TV or radio to connect them with the world outside their village.
Our group is up for the challenge of installing 40 home solar energy systems by installing lighting, wiring, assembling battery storage and inverters, and mounting the panels on the roof. Once the work is complete, we will have some much-deserved time to relax in Nicaragua, at the colonial city of Granada and soak up the sun at Mukul Resort.
Stay tuned throughout the week to see photos and project updates via Facebook.
Wish us luck!
Yesterday, I attended a training at the Morris County Chamber of Commerce with a fantastic guest speaker, a Motivational Humorist, Tommy Hilcken from TOOLBOX TOMMY'S.
Since 1987, Tommy Hilcken has been helping people discover themselves and change their lives. During this time he has resolved that helping others, and contributing to society on a daily basis, is the only way to live a complete and joyful life. Whether it is his successes in family, business, or overall wellness, Tommy has demonstrated that life is a game in which we can all be winners.
He is constantly reminded and often shares the words of his mentor Zig Ziglar…All you have to do is plan to win, prepare to win and expect to win!
"Nuggets" I got from Tommy's Presentation:
Ask yourself these questions RE: BE, DO, HAVE
1. Who Do I/You want to BE?
2. What do I/You want to DO (in your life)?
3. What would I/You like to HAVE?
Ask yourself these questions RE: MORE, BETTER, DIFFERENT
1. What do I/You want MORE of?
2. What do I/You want to be BETTER?
3. What would I/You like to be DIFFERENT?
Question: What is the main cause of results we get in life?
Answer: Our Attitude (Always asking “what is my role in all of this?)
Tommy Hilcken has spent most of his life motivating and entertaining people on a national and international level. He has worked with people from all walks of life, from blue-collar families, to celebrities and pro-athletes. As a Life Success Consultant and award winning speaker, Tommy is able to guide others to break through their fears and challenges, move away from things holding them back, and take action on what it is they really want. He is living proof that you can Be-Do & Have all that life has to offer.

I just wanted to extend a personal thank you to Tommy for providing so much value to me personally, and our group, the other day. Tommy is in high demand and that's because he positively and powerfully contributes to others, and leads with a servants heart. Here is to much more success to Tommy and his mission in life.

Most of the problems in life are because of two reasons: We act without thinking or we keep thinking without acting!
Happy New Year and welcome to 2015! I hope you and your family had a great holiday season and are ready for the year ahead. If you're like most people, you are excited to get a fresh start. New Years is like a "do over" every year so that we can all improve specific areas of our lives!
Click below now to watch a quick video message from me to you as we embark upon a new chapter and a new year together! Also, if you would be so kind to LEAVE A COMMENT at the bottom with one big goal that you have in 2015!
I am curious to hear what's important to you and there is power in publicly declaring your goals!
Instead of going into this year with just another "wish list" of resolutions, why don't you start making DECLARATIONS of what things you are fully committed to in the upcoming year. Don't you think it's time to change your standard, and start creating a new norm in your life?
It is truly incredible to look back over the the course of a year and realize how much has actually happened. Think about yourself personally; your health, your relationships, defining moments that occurred, your financial situation, etc.
Now think about your family. What has happened in the past year? What changed? Was it all good, or were there some set backs? If you're alive and human, chances are that you experienced both ups and downs.
How did you handle the setbacks? How did you celebrate the victories? What do you want to be different in the next twelve months? These are all the questions to ask yourself as you go into planning for your year ahead.
What is ONE result you are looking to accomplish in 2015 in the following areas...
The Power of Momentum
His training and research he shared were one big “ah ha” moment for me. Especially the parts about why traditional goal setting just doesn’t work for most…and why it hasn’t worked for me.
Truth is, much of what we know about goal setting was really built on a flawed design better set up for us to fail than succeed.
It’s because it doesn’t tie into our deeply rooted beliefs and feelings (yes even marketers have feelings…little ones) of who we are, what we really want, and WHY we want.
Dave shared his daily, weekly and monthly routine for what he’s termed “Intention Based Value Living” and I’d highly recommend that you listen to this and see if this fits into your life or speaks to you. If not, keep being yourself because you’re probably pretty great “as is” and this isn’t for everyone.
But if your goal achievement system isn’t working, or you don’t have a system for attaining what you really, really, deeply want, than check this out (it’s pitch free…and gluten-free!)
I hope 2015 is your best year yet.
Your Partner In Success,
Earlier this year, I read a powerful book titled “The Secrets of the Millionaire Mind: Mastering the Inner Game of Wealth” by T. Harv Eker. In the book, they referenced a particular worksheet that could be downloaded on their website.
As I went to the website, I came across a FREE seminar called “The Millionaire Mind Intensive,” which I attended 6 months ago (and I am going again!). It was a 3-day course all about the psychology of wealth, money and true abundance and it BLEW MY MIND!
At the conclusion of the event, I thought of dozens of people that I felt would appreciate experiencing this transformational event. I want to personally invite you to attend one of the upcoming “Millionaire Mind Intensive” workshop for FREE!
Upcoming 2014 Dates:
Unfortunately for most people, your current blueprint will stay with you for the rest of your life, unless you identify it and change it. Fortunately, there is a powerful 3-day seminar that will do just that. In it, you will learn how to completely recondition yourself for financial success. For many people, the change will be immediate and permanent.
Here's Just a Portion of What You Will Learn:
Then maybe it is time for some new strategies and different ways of thinking.
THIS PROGRAM IS TRANSFORMATIONAL!
You will not be the same person going out as you were coming in. If you want to blend peace of mind with abundance, join me at the next Millionaire Mind Intensive!

**Happy 4th of juLY**
For those of you who know me well, you know that I absolutely love the American flag. And, it's not just the flag that I love, it's everything that the flag stands for and its symbolism. And I have tremendous pride being an American. Personally, I believe that America is one of the most amazing gifts on Earth; but it is also our responsibility to be stewards of this gift. The United States of America was built on faith, freedom and an unquenchable human spirit and desire to create, innovate, and liberate. Yet over the years, we have forgotten our roots, lost our foundation, turned away from God, become different types of slaves, and have slipped into a society of massive dependency.
The second day of July, 1776, will be the most memorable epoch in the history of America. I am apt to believe that it will be celebrated by succeeding generations as the great anniversary festival. It ought to be commemorated as the day of deliverance, by solemn acts of devotion to God Almighty. It ought to be solemnized with pomp and parade, with shows, games, sports, guns, bells, bonfires, and illuminations, from one end of this continent to the other, from this time forward forever more.
